Whether its over the phone, in person or through emails, once we recieve your repair, we are on the ball. A full diagnostic normally allows us to give you a detailed report and a fair and Warranty assured Quote.
Once the quote is recieved, the repair parts and or software are installed and the machine tested again for any irregularitues. Cleaning and all other important upgrades are applied here.
Once fixed, you are the first to know. Our system automaticly sends a confirmation of your fixed machine along with a payment link, this email also allows you to arrange a delievery or collection point. We accept all cards and contacless payments in person
Upon confirmation of payment, we arrange your collection date and time. This can change upon your request. Once delievered, an aftercare email is sent to get your feedback on the repair thats been carried out. We wont be happy till you are.

The diagnosis price is olny applicable when we need to open or furher inspect your machine in order to obtain the diagnosis. This is often waived when a repair is carried out
